These Terms & Conditions constitute the legally binding agreement between you and bn66 governing your registration, access, and use of the bn66 online casino and cricket betting platform. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the bn66 platform, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any service offered by bn66, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the bn66 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated into these terms by reference.
If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease all use of the bn66 platform and close your account by contacting [email protected].
These Terms & Conditions take effect from the moment you first access the bn66 platform and remain in full force for the duration of your account relationship with bn66. Acceptance is ongoing — each time you log in to your account or use any service, you reaffirm your acceptance of the terms in their current form.
bn66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Where a material change is made, bn66 will endeavour to notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account. However, it remains the player's responsibility to review these terms periodically. The most current version of these Terms & Conditions is always available at bn66.biz/terms-conditions.
These terms are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy arising from a translation or interpretation, the English-language version shall prevail in all respects.
Accessing the platform constitutes full acceptance of these terms without reservation.

Material changes are communicated to registered players where reasonably practicable.
The English version of these terms is definitive and prevails over any translation.
Section 3
Age Restriction & Eligibility
To be eligible to register an account and use the bn66 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

- You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
- You must register only one account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances where fraudulent intent is established.
bn66 conducts KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before processing any player's first withdrawal. As part of this process, players are required to submit a valid government-issued identification document — such as a National ID card (NID), passport, or birth certificate — confirming their identity and date of birth. bn66 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any point during a player's account lifecycle, not only at first withdrawal.
Where bn66 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a player may be under 18 years of age, the account will be suspended pending age verification. Any deposits made during a suspended period will be returned to the payment method used for the original deposit, minus any winnings accrued, which will be forfeited. bn66 will not be liable for any losses incurred by a player whose account is suspended pending age verification.

Section 4
Account Registration
To access the full range of bn66 services — including live cricket betting, slot games, live dealer casino tables, and BDT wallet features — you must register a bn66 account. Registration is free. Players may only hold one registered account at any given time.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and a password of your choice. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly if any details change. Providing false or misleading information at registration is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. bn66 strongly recommends that you:

- Never share your login credentials with any other person.
- Never allow another person to use your account, regardless of the circumstances.

All activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is deemed to have been authorised by you. bn66 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where those losses result from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
bn66 reserves the right to refuse or reverse a registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason, in circumstances including but not limited to: suspected fraudulent activity, suspected multiple account registration, failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation, or where accepting the registration would be contrary to applicable legal or regulatory obligations.
Section 5
Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the bn66 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bn66 does not charge players fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment service provider (such as bKash or Nagad) may apply their own transaction charges in accordance with their own terms of service.
Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits may be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and direct bank transfer from supported Bangladeshi banks including City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and Dutch-Bangla Bank. International card deposits via Visa and Mastercard are also accepted where the card is enabled for online transactions. Deposits are credited to your bn66 wallet promptly following confirmation from the payment provider; mobile wallet deposits (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) typically settle within seconds.
Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that belongs to the same registered account holder — bn66 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Processing times vary by method: mobile wallet withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours of approval; bank transfer withdrawals may take 2–5 business days depending on the receiving institution.
KYC Requirement: All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Players who have not yet completed KYC will be prompted to do so before their first withdrawal is processed. bn66 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage to comply with its anti-money laundering obligations.
Withdrawal Limits: Standard maximum withdrawal limits apply on a per-transaction and per-day basis. Players who regularly withdraw large amounts may be subject to enhanced due diligence review, which may temporarily delay processing while identity and transaction history are reviewed.
bn66 reserves the right to suspend or delay any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, bn66 will notify the affected player and request any additional documentation required to resolve the matter.
Funds held in your bn66 wallet do not accrue interest. bn66 holds player funds separately from its own operational funds. In the event that a player does not log in to their account for a period of 12 consecutive months, the account may be classified as dormant. Dormant account terms are set out separately and communicated to affected players in advance.
bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay deposits settle within seconds. Minimum ৳200 per transaction. No bn66 transaction fee applied.
Supported banks include City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and Dutch-Bangla Bank. Processing takes 1–3 business days.
Withdrawals processed to verified account holders only. KYC completion required before first withdrawal. Third-party transfers are never permitted.
Section 6
Bonus & Promotion Terms
bn66 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins on selected slot titles, and cricket betting boosts during BPL and IPL seasons. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated on the individual promotion page.
- A player may claim only one welcome bonus per household, IP address, device, or payment method. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses by registering multiple accounts constitute a serious breach of these terms.
- Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement stated on the applicable promotion page. Until the wagering requirement is met, bonus-derived funds cannot be withdrawn.
- bn66 reserves the right to specify minimum odds requirements applicable to bets placed with bonus funds. Bets placed below the minimum odds threshold will not count towards the wagering requirement.
- bn66 reserves the right to exclude certain game categories from contributing to bonus wagering requirements. Live dealer games, for example, may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Specific contribution rates are stated on each promotion page.
- Bonuses have validity periods. If the wagering requirement is not met within the stated validity period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.
- In the event that a player requests a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirement attached to an active bonus, bn66 may cancel the bonus and any winnings accrued from it before processing the withdrawal.
- bn66 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already claimed it, the player's existing bonus entitlement will be honoured subject to these general terms.
- Abuse of the bn66 bonus system — including but not limited to bonus hunting, arbitrage betting with bonus funds, and collusion — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.

Section 7
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
As a registered player on the bn66 platform, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all account funds, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:
- Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment instruments; providing false identity documents; impersonating another person or entity.
- Money laundering: Using the bn66 platform to layer, integrate, or conceal funds derived from illegal activity. bn66 is obligated to report suspicious transactions to relevant financial intelligence authorities.
- Multiple accounts: Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or a different identity, for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share cards or information in live dealer games, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage.
- Arbitrage and bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers, including welcome bonuses, free spins, or cashback offers, in a manner that circumvents their intended purpose.
- Automated play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to access the platform, place bets, or interact with games in place of genuine human play.
- Hacking and interference: Attempting to access, modify, or disrupt the bn66 platform, its servers, databases, or the accounts of other players through any means, including but not limited to SQL injection, denial-of-service attacks, and session hijacking.
- Minors gambling: Allowing or enabling any person under the age of 18 to access your account or use the bn66 platform in any capacity.
- Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised payment chargebacks or reversals in bad faith. Where a chargeback is initiated without legitimate basis, bn66 reserves the right to pursue recovery of the disputed amount through legal means.
bn66 employs automated fraud detection systems alongside manual review by its compliance team. Accounts flagged as potentially engaging in prohibited conduct may be suspended immediately and without prior notice pending investigation. bn66 will endeavour to communicate the outcome of any investigation to the affected player within a reasonable timeframe.
You further agree that you will not use the bn66 platform for any purpose that is contrary to applicable law in your jurisdiction. bn66 provides its platform for personal entertainment only; commercial use, resale of access, or use on behalf of third parties is prohibited.
Section 8
Account Suspension & Closure
Closure by the Player: You may request closure of your bn66 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, bn66 will process any outstanding withdrawal of the remaining account balance to the player's verified payment method, provided that KYC verification has been completed and no active bonus wagering requirements are pending. Accounts closed at the player's request may be reopened by contacting support, subject to the player confirming their identity and that no self-exclusion is in effect.
Suspension and Closure by bn66: bn66 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request from bn66.
- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform for any illegal purpose.
- Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated in bad faith.
- Account inactivity for a period of 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy).
- Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations that require the restriction of a player's account.
Where an account is closed by bn66 for a breach of these terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature and severity of the breach. Where a balance is forfeited, bn66 will provide the affected player with a written explanation of the basis for forfeiture upon request.
Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to exclude themselves from the bn66 platform for responsible gaming reasons may request self-exclusion via the Responsible Gaming section of the platform or by emailing [email protected]. Self-exclusion periods of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, one year, and permanent exclusion are available. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed within the selected period. Upon permanent account closure for any reason, bn66 will retain the player's data in accordance with its data retention obligations as set out in the Privacy Policy. Data is retained for a minimum period required by applicable anti-money laundering and financial record-keeping regulations.

Accounts closed for breaching these terms may have balances forfeited. bn66 will provide written reasons for forfeiture decisions upon request.
